Jennifer Grohol is the President and Owner of Compass Business Consulting & Accounting, LLC, an independent consulting & accounting firm. Her areas of specialty includes but is not limited to Construction, Club Management and Property Management.  Her expertise is linking both the operational and financial side of a business and identifying areas of improvement and implementing change.  

  She is an accomplished Asst. Finance Controller & Sr. Finance Analyst with exceptional background utilizing financial data from multiple information systems to build valuation and forecasting models and improve organizational decision making capabilities for increased profitability.  She possesses a strong understanding of financial planning, accounting and analysis with exemplary presentation skills.

  She was the recipient of a LIFE award for Leadership in Financial Excellence for improved business results within multiple projects as well as other company achievement rewards.  Jennifer has been involved in multiple start up and merger acquisitions handling the accounting for these areas as well as due diligence in future acquisitions.

  Jennifer Grohol graduated from Rutgers University in 1995 with a BA in Economics and minor in Accounting and Sociology.  She was born and raised in NJ where worked at Ortho-McNceil Pharmaceutical, a division of Johnson & Johnson for 7 years .  She moved to Vero Beach, FL in 2002 and had worked at Grand Harbor / New Seabury Properties, divisions of Icahn Enterprises, LP until 2017.  At Grand Harbor, Jennifer grew with the company from Finance Analyst to Asst. Finance Controller focusing in the Construction, Property Management and Club Management industries.  She is also a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor.
